No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged for a different product.
Returns for Damaged Items Only
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product.
Eligibility for Return
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The damage must have occurred during shipping, not through personal handling or use.
Return Process
Once we receive your return request and verify the damage, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Upon receiving the damaged product, we will dispatch a new order to you with no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged through improper handling are not eligible for return.
Any requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
